Executive Assistant
The primary responsibilities of this role, Executive Assistant, are to perform various administrative duties for senior leaders in the Product Supply North America organization under limited supervision and acting on own initiative. Assignments generally involve work of a confidential nature and require a thorough knowledge of the practices and procedures of the function, company products, policies and programs. PS NA encompasses the end-to-end value chain for consumer health products, including supply and demand, production, distribution and logistics, project management, digital supply chain excellence, customer logistics, and order-to-cash.
TASKS
- Assists in meeting planning and preparation work needed, i.e., drafting agendas;
- Maintains organizational charts and updates email distribution lists;
- Coordinates details of departmental meetings and/or on and off site conferences and events;
- Manages business travel arrangements;
- Processes expense reports and payment of invoices in a timely manner;
- Interfaces with other assistants to assist with workload;
- Creates and Tracks Purchase Orders (POs) and Internal Payment Demands (IPDs);
- Performs additional accountabilities as required.
WHO YOU ARE
Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in PC applications such as Word, Excel and Power Point;
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Highly organized; Able to work with employees at all levels of the organization.
- High school degree with a minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience or Associate’s degree with 6 years’ relevant experience.
- English & Spanish: Advance
