Field Associate DH
Supervise resources to carry out nursery and ICB planting, crop management, pollination, harvest and data collection to secure quality, in-time in-full seed returns.
Supervise all land preparation activities, application of pesticides & fertilizers, irrigation, field mapping, planting, plot identification,
rouging, de-tasseling, harvesting, note-taking and data management with internal IT systems,
Participate in safety inspections/training and comply with all company policies, code of conduct and standard operating procedures
Follow up the Work Instructions and participate in QMS Internal Audit
Supervise and train especial services empoyees in ouroperating procedures and tool operations.
Collaborate with team members to deliver detailed experimental protocols that enable advancement decisions by pipelines, breeders, and scientists.
Provide timely reports on nursery and ICB progress particularly notify to Agronomic Specialist/Nursery Research Specialist any significant deviation from plan
Establish strong relationships and connections with local stakeholders
Key Working Relation:
Site management.
HSE/QMS.
Pipeline Delivery teams.
DH Planner.
Enginering and Data Science.
Skills & Qualifications:
BS in Agronomy, Biotechnology, Industrial Agronomy, AG Biological related with 3 years of agricultural experience.
Experience with seed technology industry or plant breeding and data analysis.
Intermediate of English language.
Experience with standard MS Office and at least one software used in scientific data analysis, with ability to quickly learn new software
programs and tools.
Ability to learn new technologies, with capabilities to get drone certification management.
Advance Competencies in network and relationship.
