As a Hostess at Belmond, you will serve as the charming face of our establishment, welcoming guests with warmth and style. Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Greeting and seating guests with a genuine smile, ensuring they are comfortable and informed about the dining experience ahead.
  • Managing reservations effectively, coordinating with the service staff to optimize the dining flow.
  • Providing detailed information about menu offerings and assisting guests with selections, enhancing their culinary experience.
  • Assisting in maintaining the cleanliness and ambiance of the dining area to create an inviting atmosphere.
Requirements
What You Bring:
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for interacting with guests.
  • Previous experience in a hostess or front-of-house role, preferably in a luxury dining or hospitality environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • A warm, professional demeanor paired with a genuine enthusiasm for providing exceptional service.
  • Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
