At Highstyle Event Rentals, we’re committed to excellence and growth, and we’re seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an HR & Administrative Assistant. We operate a dynamic warehouse environment where efficiency and organization are key. As we continue to expand, we need someone who can seamlessly blend HR responsibilities with administrative support to our General Manager.
Job Summary:
As an HR & Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing human resources functions while providing administrative support to our General Manager. You’ll be the go-to person for HR tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance, as well as handling various administrative duties to ensure smooth daily operations.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Job Summary:
As an HR & Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing human resources functions while providing administrative support to our General Manager. You’ll be the go-to person for HR tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance, as well as handling various administrative duties to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Human Resources:
- Manage the recruitment process including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Administer employee benefits, maintain HR records, and handle employee inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative assistance to the General Manager, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and correspondence.
- Handle office supplies inventory, procurement, and maintenance.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
- Coordinate internal and external communications and support special projects.
- Proven experience in an HR or administrative role, preferably in a warehouse or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and administrative procedures.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and HR software.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in HR and administrative support
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
