Jr Inside Partner Account Manager

As a Channel Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our network of partners in Mexico, Chile, and Colombia. Your main objective will be to sell, implement, and follow up on leads for Odoo software. Your key responsibilities will include training partners, collaborating on customized solutions for clients, optimizing processes, and working with indirect sales channels.
Key Responsibilities:

Train partners on effective sales and implementation strategies.
Retain and train both new and experienced partners.
Collaborate on developing customized solutions for clients.
Implement efficient processes for both partners and clients.
Work with indirect sales channels.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Passion for software.
1-2 years of B2B experience in sales, customer service, or purchasing.
Ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving environment.
Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
Intermediate English proficiency.

Desirable:

Experience with ERP systems.
Experience in a Saa S company.
Immediate availability.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
