As an Official Tik Tik Shop Partner, we provide end-to-end comprehensive Tik Tok marketing services from livestream selling management, Tik Tok video production, Tik Tok paid media promotion and Tik Tok Shop management.
Purpose of the role:
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and build new business for the company. This candidate will have strong communication skills and business sensitivity. They should be able to think critically and creatively when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Job Description:
· Generates new business by identifying sales leads and opportunities
· Pitching services and solutions to prospective Customers in e-commerce field.
· Building and executing new business plans for a given customer segment in Tiktok
· Identifying and engaging with new prospects to gain an understanding of their specific challenges and needs
· Thinking creatively when planning to assure project success
· Meeting with customers face to face, over the phone, virtually or in writing
· Developing and building sustainable long-term relationships with customers while maintaining existing business
· Working with the team to ensure communication of best practices in areas such as new business pitches, business generation and customer support
· Identifying potential customer pain points/needs/challenges and accurately positioning and providing solutions to them
· Working to continually refine processes and procedures related to marketing and business development operations
· Representing the organization and attending meetings if and where required
· Writing business proposal, drafting and reviewing Customer Contracts
· Achieving revenue targets, proactively responding to inbound enquiries, and self-generated leads based on market and product understanding
· Working as a pro-active member with high energy and positivity
· Any other admin and general tasks come along (flexible)
Qualifications:

• Business development: 3 -5 years (preferred)
• E-commerce business experience: 3 years (preferred)
• Social Media Marketing (Tik Tok & Instagram): 1 year (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in business / marketing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
• Focused and goal-oriented
• A strategic and creative mind
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask
• A solid understanding of business and marketing principles
• Experience in working with various social media platforms

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
