We are looking to hire a Traffic Analyst to join our team at Toluca.

What you can look forward as Traffic Analyst:
The Traffic Analyst will be responsible for managing the supply chain of materials in an adequate manner, with the objective of maintaining on-time deliveries to the customer and the supply of the production line, always monitoring the correct execution of the customs guidelines applicable to ZF administration, as well as taking care of the logistics costs.
Position Responsibilities:

• Generate and validate the information of virtual operations and scrap.

• Updating Foreign Trade applicable to ZF Toluca

• Validation of invoices for virtual operations.

• Search of information from BILL of Materials for the correct tariff classification.

• Monitoring to STTAS for trade requirements.

• Update and review of Logistics operations report.

• Review and follow up of national collections.

• Audits to carriers with their respective semi-annual evaluation.

• Support in the implementation of NEES

• Elaboration of Logistics Metrics for performance and cost monitoring.

• Support in customer deliveries (FCA).

• Maintains freight cost in relation to annual projections (Minimum of expedited).

• Sending of weekly collection plan (national).

• Elaboration of Bills of Lading.

• Follow-up of TPM (docks, empty equipment and ramps).
