JOBPLUS is recruiting on behalf of its client an admin role for a project in the south of Morocco.
Main missions of the position :
· Manage and coordinate the relationships and contractual obligations with local suppliers, customs broker in terms of timing and costs
· Drive smooth interface with local authorities and regulatory bodies
· Ensure completeness of project execution documentation according local regulation
· Create and maintain project schedule in Microsoft Project and/or Primavera (good to have)
· Co-ordinates local interfaces & activities to ensure timely execution of the project
· Assist in updating time schedule reports, identify delays and critical paths and recommend recovery plans and acceleration schedules
Required profile :
Certified Engineer or bachelor's degree (Civil or Electrical engineer preferred)
3-5 years' experience in a similar position
Previous experience working in an international company
Advanced communication skills in English and Arabic, both verbal and written Strong analytical skills
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
