Main tasks of the Role :
Operations Management:

• Supervise and coordinate field activities, including boarding, disembarking, and baggage handling.
• Ensure coordination between various operational teams (security, maintenance, passenger services).

Planning and Coordination:

• Plan and adjust flight schedules in coordination with airlines.
• Manage unexpected events and delays, minimizing their impact on passengers and airport operations.

Communication:

• Serve as the primary contact between airlines, airport authorities, and passengers.
• Provide accurate, up-to-date information on flight schedules, gate changes, and security procedures.

Safety and Compliance:

• Ensure all airport operations comply with local and international safety regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections to guarantee adherence to safety and service standards.

Customer Service:

• Address passenger questions and concerns, offering quick and effective solutions.
• Handle crisis situations professionally, ensuring clear and reassuring communication.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a 2-year degree (Bac+2) in airport management, logistics, or a related field.

Experience:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position within an airport or airline company.

Technical Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of airport operations and safety procedures.
• Proficiency with computer tools and airport operations management systems.

Personal Skills:

• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to handle stress and make quick decisions.
• Strong team spirit and leadership skills.

Languages:

• French and English ARE MANDATORY. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
