About Us: PRODKA AGENCY LLC specializes in high-ticket sales, offering premium services to our clients. We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Appointment Setter to join our team and help us expand our client base through strategic outreach.
Job Description: As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in our sales process by reaching out to potential clients through Instagram. Your main responsibility will be to send cold DMs, engage with prospects, and set up meetings with our sales team. This is a commission-based position with an opportunity to earn high commissions by bringing in qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities:

• Send cold DMs to potential clients on Instagram.
• Engage with prospects to generate interest and set up meetings with our sales team.
• Track and report daily outreach activities and results.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads.
• Continuously improve messaging and outreach strategies based on feedback and results.

Requirements:

• Excellent proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Familiarity with Instagram and its direct messaging features.
• Preferably, a background in sales or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Compensation:

• Trial Period: 30-day commission-only trial period.
• Post-Trial: If successful, a basic salary of 2000 MAD per month + commission on every booking made.

Working Hours:

• Full-time, 9 AM - 6 PM, Monday to Friday.

Location:

• This is not a remote position. The role requires you to work from our office at Settat
