Job Duties:
- You will be the central point of contact for the internal customer, B to B market: Moroccan companies, multinationals, etc.
- Responsibility for daily customer relations, management of complaints and requests, development of visit schedules, Business Review meetings, preparation of Business Review and Fleet Review.
- Participation in account strategy by improving customer profitability. Achieving production objectives.
- The Account Manager must make it a priority to be the central point and be concerned with finding a solution for his client.
