Job Title: Rental Agent
Location: Salé, Morocco
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Rental Agent to join our office in Sale, Rabat.
As a Rental Agent, you will be responsible for renting units, entering information into our system, making lease transfers, and handling all other related tasks.
This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Responsibilities:
- Rent out available units and manage the rental process
- Enter tenant information and other data into the system accurately
- Handle lease transfers efficiently
- Communicate with tenants to provide information and assistance
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and interactions
- Collaborate with the property management team to address any concerns
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient in both French and English, with professional competence in both languages
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and make effective decisions under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
Language Requirements:
- English (Required)
- French (Required)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance Contract
Salary: From 4,000.00 MAD per month
Work Hours: 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Standard Time (2 PM to 10 PM Moroccan Time)
