We are looking for
Administrative Internship
at one of our locations in Fit Voltaira Morocco - in Tangier, Morocco
Your tasks:
Take the next step in your career with us in a global innovative environment:- Assist with the coordination and administration of HR activities.
- Support the planning and execution of training programs.
- Maintain and update employee records and databases.
- Help with the recruitment process, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related documents and communications.
- Participate in various HR projects and initiatives
- Completed studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
