We are seeking a motivated and organized Educational Consultant Assistant to support our recruitment team in connecting students with educational opportunities. This role involves working closely with our Educational Consultants to assist in recruiting, guiding, and advising prospective students on various programs and institutions. The ideal candidate is passionate about education, customer-focused, and eager to help students achieve their academic and career goals.
Responsibilities:

• Assist Educational Consultants with the recruitment and enrollment process for prospective students.
• Provide students with information on program options, admissions requirements, and educational opportunities.
• Support in organizing and following up on leads generated through education fairs, social media, and other outreach efforts.
• Coordinate with partner institutions to ensure timely responses to student inquiries.
• Assist in maintaining accurate records of student interactions and application statuses.
• Prepare informational materials and resources for students and parents.
• Communicate with students via phone, email, and in-person meetings to address questions and concerns.
• Support recruitment events, webinars, and fairs as needed.
