• Contribute to the documentation of the target architecture blueprint and its maintenance.
• Collaboration with different teams like Allianz Consulting, Group, Operating Entity and various IT Functions.
• Organize and prepare EA model workshops and ensure it meets the Group and regulatory requirements.
• Understand the organization's ecosystem and its interdependencies, with a strategic view across all architectural domains, portfolios and programmes.
• Identification of opportunities for business, information and technology change.
• Co-ordinate activity to help deliver transformational change through the major overhaul of architectural domains, applications and services in line with the company.
• Participate actively in the development and growth of the IT Organization and Architecture expert community.
• Design and configure Architecture applications, workflows, and reporting structures to meet specific client needs.(e.g. ADOIT, Service Now, RS Archer)
• Develop and deliver effective training materials and workshops to educate end-users on functionalities and best practices.

• Enthusiastic team player who wants to shape actively IT and feels comfortable in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex IT issues in a way that is appropriate for the target group
• Ability to independently prioritize and to work independently, flexible, efficiently and target oriented
• Experience of working complex architecture solutions
• Passioned for modern technology – e.g., big data, analytics, cloud, serverless, event-driven

• Experience with ADOIT, Archi Mate or similar modelling language (e.g., UML).
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills and be able to build trusting working relationships with diverse people.
• Exposure to various aspects of architecture practices; business, application, data, security, infrastructure, microservices, and governance.
• Broad exposure to the full application lifecycle, ensuring effective use of industry best practice and/or methodologies.
• Preffered experience with RSA Archer & Service Now
