German Language Instructor

Responsibilities:
- Conduct German language courses focused on German proficiency, in line with the Jobliment Academy curriculum.
- Deliver intercultural training to familiarize participants with German workplace cul- ture, including communication styles, work etiquette, and social norms.
- Utilize the Busuu language-learning platform to monitor students' progress through the dashboard, providing targeted feedback and support.
- Document participants’ progress and engagement on our recruiting platform to assist in building a talent database for future placements.
- Coordinate workshops, group activities, and cultural exchange events to promote an understanding of German culture.
- Requirements:
- Fluent German language skills and good command of English; knowledge of Arabic or French is an advantage.
- Experience in language instruction and intercultural training, ideally with a focus on German language and culture.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and in- spire learners.
Pay: 200.00DH - 250.00DH per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Casablanca: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- German (Required)
