Contexte et environnement

The affiliate is a relatively small affiliate in the group and that requires the need to be agile in order to contest in a very competitive market and business environment for Solar.

Activités

HSE:

Strict adherence and compliance towards Group QHSE policy (including MAESTRO) with high Quality of QHSE performance and complying with affiliate’s QHSE Policy, Procedures & specific rules & regulations applicable to the area of activity at all times.
Participate in the training program to acquire QHSE knowledge and impart this training to colleagues as and when required by Management.
Reporting of near misses, incidents, hazards & injuries to line Manager within the time frame as required by Quality, HSE, Energy policies and Manuals.
Participate in the investigation and analysis of incidents as and when required.

Strict adherence to QHSE requirements with full authority to stop any operation for safety reasons.

The main tasks and activities for this role are:

Strategy :

Define and put in place among the OPS department, the strategy which ensure the development of OPS activities on the long run
Define and roll out the contracting strategy
Take part to business development strategy together with the country manager

Design & Permit :

Relationship with authorities to submit our permits
Ensure the engineering review of our plant design is properly done either internally or externally
Manage the external parties in charge of design

Engineering & Quality :

Technical — ensure technical compliance with local authority and Total Energies standards
Quality — ensure a proper quality system can be used to roll out our projects:
Safety - ensure Solar PV design is compliant with Total Energies safety standards
Process — Ensure process and procedure are written, known and well applied on site.

HSE & Construction :

EPC tendering, review and selection
Procurement planning and contract closure
Prepare, implement, follow up the execution of our solar project in Morocco using construction contractors (EPC, EPCm, contractors)
Comply with our safety, quality, and technical standards & guidelines:
Guarantee the project budget, schedule and quality as defined in our technical offer and approved by our internal approval body
Insure lead transition from Business & project development team
Make sure HSE rules are implemented by our EPCs and contractors in general
Make sure Contractors comply with our quality & technical guideline / standards
Contract management for projects construction with focus on Safety, Quality, Budget, and planning
Commissioning and energization of the assets

Operation & Maintenance :

Manages the operation of projects in a safe, reliable, and efficient manner.
Recording, incidents that impacts the efficiency of the power generation
Manage the O&M contractors which ensure the production of our site: Contract management.
Deal with external parties when needed (public authorities, grid operator and others)
Ensure with other Operations team leaders a proper construction handover that meet all obligations/ performance guarantees and company standards.
Monthly reports

Accountabilities:

Ensure the projects HSE with a strong focus on safety according to TTE requirements and good practices
Responsible for the quality of projects according to TTE HQ requirements and standards and solar good practices
Responsible for project delivery on time and as per the Hub target
Ensure project execution in line with investment approved budget
Building good and long-term relations with Client & Partners
In charge of managing a team of 2 employees

Profil du candidat

10 years’ experience in Solar business and/or in the technical filed (construction and project management)

Graduated from an Engineering school Or University with an engineering master’s degree with a specialization or experience in renewables
At least 5 years’ experience in project management
Strong technical & engineering background + solar specific software
Ability to adjust quickly to international and multi-cultural working environment
Leadership, written and spoken communication skills and adaptability/agile profile
English speaker
