We are a dynamic and growing company seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated HR Coordinator to join our team in Morocco As an HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth HR operations, supporting our team, and fostering a positive workplace culture. As part of our expansion, we have taken on a leading international fintech project and are eagerly seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team and contribute to its success. Key Responsibilities: Communication with Outsourcing Partners: - Act as the primary point of contact between the company and HR outsourcing vendors. - Monitor the quality and effectiveness of services provided by outsourcing partners. Recruitment Activities: - Assist in sourcing and attracting top talent through various recruitment channels. - Screen and shortlist candidates, coordinating interviews with hiring managers. Onboarding for New Employees: - Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. - Collect feedback from employees at all levels. - Analyze survey results and provide insights to management for continuous improvement. Exit Interviews: - Conduct exit interviews with departing employees to gather feedback and identify trends. - Compile and report on exit interview data, suggesting improvements to enhance employee retention. Office Administration: - Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment. - Manage office supplies, facilities maintenance, and liaise with external vendors as needed. - Coordinate office events, meetings, and travel arrangements. Organizing Team Building Activities: - Plan and execute team-building activities to foster a collaborative and positive team culture. - Work closely with management to align activities with company values and goals. General HR Support: - Provide administrative support to the HR department, handling HR-related inquiries, and assisting with HR projects ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Profil Recherché
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in HR coordination or a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluency in English and French/Arabic is highly preferred.

Amplitude horaire
