Job Description
We are seeking to hire a dedicated, organized, and efficient “Key User Manager” to join our team in this role, you will work closely to coordinate and complete position tasks as the following:
- Identification of key industries: Focus on the automotive, mining, renewable energy, and aeronautics sectors, and elaborate on their potential.
- relationship marketing: Develop and maintain relationships with top leaders of customer organizations.
- service development and sales: Create and sell relevant services, including an after-sales concept.
- User journey management: Oversee the complete user journey for key users, particularly during the assertiveness, information, and purchasing phases.
- Implementation of marketing strategies: Execute central user marketing strategies and concepts.
- Results tracking: Monitor outcomes, including turnover and product listings.
- User feedback collection: Gather user feedback for product managers.
- Cross-selling collaboration: Act as an interface and participate in cross-selling initiatives with other Bosch departments.
- Customer empowerment: Ensure full empowerment towards customers, including budget responsibility.
Qualifications
EDUCATION
- University degree
- Good Arabic, French and English
- ICT proficiency
- Technical Sales (application based) expertise and mindset
- Self-motivated
- Target-oriented
- Persuasive and skilled negotiator
- Market and customer-oriented
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Strong intercultural and analytical skills
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Knowledge and understanding of user insights
- Background in construction and project management
- Expertise and mindset in technical sales (application-based)
- Proactive and entrepreneurial thinking with commercial understanding
- Strong communication skills adaptable to all levels of hierarchy
- In-depth market knowledge
- Capable of managing projects effectively
