We are looking for
Laboratory Quality Engineer

at one of our locations in
Fit Voltaira Morocco - in Tangier, Morocco

Your tasks:

• Develop and implement quality control procedures for laboratory processes.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Analyze data and prepare reports on quality metrics.
• Collaborate with laboratory staff to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Maintain and update quality documentation and records.
• Train laboratory personnel on quality control procedures and best practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory quality.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2 years’ experience in the automotive wiring
• Proven experience in a laboratory quality control or quality assurance role.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 17025, GLP).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in data analysis and quality management software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the concepts, tools and methods of quality management
• Control of guidelines, procedures (internal, external) and client specifications
• Bilingual: French /English
