Are you passionate about travel and marketing? We’re looking for a creative and strategic Marketing to join our travel agency! In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing marketing strategies that attract new clients, promote travel packages, and increase brand awareness. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns that promote travel packages, tours, and services.
- Create engaging content for social media, email newsletters, blogs, and promotional materials that inspire people to explore the world.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and adjusting strategies to maximize effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals and drive bookings.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram.
- Conduct market research to understand travel trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity.
- Organize and promote special offers, seasonal discounts, and loyalty programs.
- Build partnerships with travel bloggers, influencers, and media outlets to expand the agency’s reach.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, especially those relevant to the travel and tourism industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, and Word Press.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling, travel-focused content.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and trends in the travel industry.
- Experience managing advertising campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other social platforms.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Graphic design or video editing skills (optional but a plus).
