Travel Sales & Marketing Manager (Recruitment for AML)

- Driving the company's brand development and managing all sales & marketing activities for the passenger business and the AML brand.
- Developing and implementing a sale and marketing plan in line with the company's strategy and business plan
- Focusing on digitalization and e-commerce to drive Travel sales across all distribution channels.
- Managing and developing the company’s agent network for passengers and other partners
- Working closely with the revenue management team to monitor bookings and forecasted volumes and initiating tactical activities to stimulate sales.
- Enhancing the customer experience throughout their journey.

Who you are
You possess a strong sense of integrity, consistently conducting yourself with honesty, fairness, and respect towards others, irrespective of the situation or outcomes. Your service-oriented attitude and ability to quickly adjust to changes are commendable. You excel in organizing and structuring your tasks efficiently, flourishing in roles that demand both autonomy and reliance on your expertise. Additionally, you take pleasure in collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent.
- Experience from a B2C Marketing & Sales Manager role within travel, hotel, or retail industry.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Proficient in digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media).
- E-commerce and online sales strategies knowledge.
- Fluency in spoken and written English, French, and Arabic.
- Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
- If applicable, able to obtain permission to work in Morocco (VISA)
