Crewing Assistant (Recruitment for AML)

Some of your key responsibilities:
- Supporting with the day-to-day crewing of AML vessels including recruitment, scheduling and training to marine industry specifications.
- Proceeds to the necessary actions in case of injury/illness of members of the crew.
- Checks the record books and all relevant certificates, degrees, documents and letters of Recommendation of the candidates for their hiring.
- Receives and checks the applications of officers and crew members for the crewing of the vessels.

- Diploma of Higher Education
- Sea going experience
- Experience from a crewing assistant role
- Knowledge of STCW requirements for all departments is a plus
- Fluent in spoken and written English and French
- Spanish and Arabic is a plus
- If applicable, able to obtain permission to work in Morocco (VISA)
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Tanger, Morocco within our Fleet Operations Team.
