Our fast-growing company franchise company with the head office in Tangier, is a player in the perfume industry. We are specialized in cosmetic products. At the moment we have 7 sales poinst in different shopping malls in Morocco. With a strong team of professionals, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality and further strengthen our position in the market.
Job Description: As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all marketing activities within the company. You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the management team to align marketing efforts with the company’s strategic objectives. Your leadership and strategic vision will be essential in driving the company's growth and brand presence.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and market share.
- Campaign Optimization: Identify opportunities for campaign improvement, leverage best practices, and ensure marketing initiatives are effective and efficient.
- Budget Management: Take charge of the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively and monitoring costs to maximize ROI.
- Brand Quality Control: Ensure that all marketing communications and branding meet high standards and align with the company's identity and goals.
- Market Analysis and Risk Management: Analyze market trends and consumer insights, identifying potential risks and adapting strategies to mitigate them.
- Reporting and Insights: Prepare and present regular reports on marketing performance, KPIs, and ROI to the management team and Board of Directors.
- Minimum of a master’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record in a leadership role in marketing management.
- In-depth understanding of digital marketing, brand management, and marketing best practices.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and insights.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management abilities.
- Decision-making skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Experience in the [industry/sector] is a plus.
