Key Responsibilities
Client Onboarding and Support:
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
- Provide help if clients face product issues.
- Manage communication with payment services (like Stripe and Pay Pal).
- Resolve any payment-related issues.
- Help define new products and set pricing.
- Oversee product creation and delivery.
- Track product performance using Excel.
- Analyze data to improve efficiency.
- Assist with internal tools and new features.
- Work with the development team to improve operations.
- Experience in operations or a related field, especially with payment systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for tracking and data analysis.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with programming languages (like Python or Java Script) is a bonus.
- Experience working in a startup environment.
- Knowledge of data analysis tools or project management software.
- Educational background: Bac+2 or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or Computer Science.
