• Level of studies: Engineer or Master degree in the following specialties: industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering
• Experience: Min 2 years experience in Automotive Industry
• Language: Fluent speaker of French and English .
• Soft skills: Team Management , Project Management , Good communication , analysis tools (5M , Ishikawa .Problem solving etc …)

Attributions & Tasks:

• Coordinate production preparation for new project with ensuring the 4M readiness .
• YSFG Obsolete management
• BOM management
• Participate and lead change management meetings
• Monitor and controls the status of the changes
• Ensure proper communication & reporting internal (Yazaki) and external (Customer)
• Drive the team to be in compliance with internal and customer requirements
• Lead-resolve and escalate issues in-time
• Spare Part and After Sales management
