The Position:

Monitor the quality and performance of sales representatives and their communication channels.
Conduct quality checks and call audits to ensure compliance with policies and procedures as well as a high level of customer service.
Identify and track quality-related trends and risks.
Structure reports to reflect performance quality and ensure that procedural standards have been correctly and precisely followed.

Requirements:

Proficiency in English, written and spoken (B2 level and above).
Excellent listening skills and the ability to pay close attention to detail.
Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
Time management skills and the ability to multitask.
Previous experience in quality assurance is an advantage but not mandatory.

Location: Morocco (Casablanca)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 3,000.00DH - 4,000.00DH per month
