The Position:
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 3,000.00DH - 4,000.00DH per month

The Position:
- Monitor the quality and performance of sales representatives and their communication channels.
- Conduct quality checks and call audits to ensure compliance with policies and procedures as well as a high level of customer service.
- Identify and track quality-related trends and risks.
- Structure reports to reflect performance quality and ensure that procedural standards have been correctly and precisely followed.
- Proficiency in English, written and spoken (B2 level and above).
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to pay close attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Time management skills and the ability to multitask.
- Previous experience in quality assurance is an advantage but not mandatory.
