Sales Coordinator

The job holder will report to the National Business Manager.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the Event Management Process, ensuring the timely, effective and compliant planning, documentation, approval, execution and reconciliation.
- Facilitate the purchasing and payment processes for Marketing, Sales, GTM and Market Access
- Coordinate all travel, accommodation, visa requirements for relevant employees and patient organizations, payers, and HCPs sponsored to BI events
- Adhere to processes for financial planning, reporting and purchasing of Marketing, Sales, Market Access and GTM activities, and to enable cost control by maintaining reporting and processes; Responsible for In Market sales reports, monthly FOC, Bonus and discounts tracking and reporting.
- Maintain customer sales trackers updated on quarterly basis
- Responsible for Processing, Tracking, Consolidating and reporting Debit Notes issued by agents
- Liaise with suppliers in the coordination of promotional material production and supply, and to act as custodian of the stock management and distribution system for promotional material
- Participate in the collation of required documents for all audits
- Assist with pricing and tender administration
- Provide adhoc support for MLR submissions
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration or related qualification
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within a multi-national company
- Previous experience using Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in French, both written and oral; Proficiency in English is a plus
- A resident of Casablanca, Morocco
- Excellent ability to organize, plan, and prioritize
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to with a focus on customer orientation
- Effective communication with ability to drive change Ability to act as a positive team player
