Job Description
As a Sales Representative at TELUS International Morocco, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone, identifying their needs, and offering tailored solutions. Your main objective will be to convert leads into sales while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment where teamwork and communication are key.

Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell products/services.
  • Understand customer needs and provide the appropriate solutions or offers.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Participate in sales training and continuously improve sales techniques.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to sales transactions.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in the telecommunications sector is a plus.
  • Comfortable with using CRM software and sales tools.
  • Positive attitude and team spirit.
