ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Comprehensive Solution Assessment & Business Case Development:

• Assess the feasibility and technical complexity of automation projects, considering advanced aspects of Blue Prism and its integration with enterprise systems.
  
• Architect end-to-end automation solutions, collaborating with business analysts and selecting appropriate tools and technologies to achieve automation goals, with a primary focus on Blue Prism.
  
• Develop compelling business cases and ROI assessments for complex automation projects, showcasing the technical and strategic value of Blue Prism solutions.
  

2. End-to-End Process Automation Leadership:

• Independently lead the development and implementation of RPA solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance optimisation.
  
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts to comprehend automation requirements stemming from business needs and transform them into resilient architectural designs.
  
• Program and configure robots, with a strong focus on Blue Prism, to meet the needs of both internal and external stakeholders, while also creating macros and tools to boost operational
  
• efficiency and automate repetitive tasks.
  

3. Documentation & Communication:

• Thoroughly document all complex automation solutions and effectively communicate the technical benefits, progress, and results of automation initiatives to stakeholders at all levels.
  

4. Critical Thinking and Communication Skills:

• Exceptional logical, analytical thinking, and decisive judgment, with a systematic approach to analysing issues and adept problem-solving skills.
  
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills, facilitating effective interaction and collaboration.
  

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
2. Demonstrated 5 -8 years of specialised experience in RPA, particularly with Blue Prism.
3. Proven track record of leading a minimum of 10 end-to-end RPA implementations.
4. Strong technical expertise within an IT programming development environment, with a demonstrated ability to complete functional and technical designs, code, unit test, and documentation within the Blue Prism RPA framework.
5. Proficient working knowledge of c# and VB.NET, providing an additional advantage.
6. Hands-on experience in Excel and Macro, showcasing practical proficiency.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Technology, encompassing Windows, Internet Explorer, SQL Server, and Web Services.
8. Extensive experience in Web, Desktop, Citrix, Excel, PDF, Image, SAP, Mainframe, and API-based automation.
9. In-depth understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
10. Familiarity with other automation technologies, such as Ui Path, as well as knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence, is considered an asset.
11. Blue Prism Professional Developer Certification (APD01) - Mandatory
12. Blue Prism Solution Designer Certification (ASD01) – Desirable
13. Fluent French speaking skills are essential
14. Good Engslish speaking skills
