Your profile :
- Level of studies: Master's degree in Logistics, engineering fields or similar.
- Experience: 6 years experience in similar area (2 in current position)
- Languages: Fluent in English.
Task
Detailed description of main activities
Defining and standardizing the Y-EMEA end to end Processes related to RM Packaging
1. Monitoring the execution of the Yazaki Europe Operating System (RASIC, Process Flow, OSA..) related to RM packaging management,
2. Creating Guideline, working procedures and forms in the RM packaging area
3. Defining Performance & Proactive KPIs related to Packaging management

Operational Tasks
1. Providing assistance to the category buyers on the integration and validation of the Supplier Logistics Manuel requirements during the RFQ phase,
2. Providing assistance to the RM suppliers on understanding the Yazaki Logistics requirements,
3. Analyzing the cost of the RM packaging and offering suggestions for optimization and rationalization of the performed operations.
4. Providing assistance to the plant logistics and SQA in the validation of the Functional Approval Report (FAR) logistics requirements for the new parts.
5. Acting as consultant for the plants Logistic teams in the RM Packaging field
6. Maintaining the RM Packaging database YEMEA level,
7. Support the plants and Kotozukuri Hubs managers in achieving the relevant department KPI`s
2. Providing assistance to the RM suppliers on understanding the Yazaki Logistics requirements,

Improvements
1. Leading workshops and bringing up improvement projects,
2. Identifying the possibilities for improvements and providing support for the implementation of the improvements proposed and follow-up of the implementation and results of the changes.
3.Ensuring the reporting of all the RM packaging improvement projects in the ECIP APP.
