Assistant Supervisor

Are you full-time available as a Assistant Supervisor and eager to take part in implementing a new customer at our 100,000 square meter warehouse with 350 employees?
Take the next step in your career with us as a Assistant Supervisor, where you will grow both professionally and personally with a steep learning curve. At our new location in Puttershoek, you will further advance the Consumer Product division and gain firsthand experience in the dynamic world of our international supply chain solutions. Join our new team in either the inbound or outbound department as a assistant supervisor. Alongside other Supervisors and Assistant Supervisors, you will be responsible for our brand-new warehouse. Your expertise in building and motivating teams will be crucial. With this implementation, you have the unique opportunity to redesign the organization with your team. How exciting is that?

YOUR PROFILE

Vocational (MBO) level
Some years of experience in coaching/leadership role, or a relevant educational background complemented with internships
Experience with WMS/ERP (preferably SAP and Excel)
Fluent in English
Coordinative professional with a good helicopter view

Salary between €2,318 and €3,110 and we top it off with 8% holiday allowance, a fully paid retirement plan and discounted gym memberships
Time for time
25 paid vacation days, possibility to extend these to 28 vacation days
