Within our Clinical Pharmacology division in Groningen, we are looking for enthusiastic candidates for the position of Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) to join our team. The CTA is primarily responsible for the administrative aspects of clinical drug studies in accordance with applicable guidelines (ICH-GCP, ICH-GMP, internal procedures, and international and national laws and regulations). The CTA works under the supervision of a Project Manager and provides administrative and coordinating support. The role of a CTA is varied and requires a flexible attitude to meet both the set timelines and the quality standards of our clients. One of the key tasks is maintaining project documentation, which is done digitally through specialized software (e-TMF). The CTA also plays a role in preparing and submitting a package of documents to the Medical Ethical Review Committee (METC).

What we seek -
The ideal candidate has a bachelor's level of work and/or thinking. Precision, stress resilience, team spirit, problem-solving skills, flexibility, and effective communication are key qualities for this role. You should have a proactive and customer-oriented attitude, be fluent in Dutch and English (both spoken and written), and have extensive experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Experience in the field of drug research is a plus, as is experience with digital archiving and/or e-TMF software.
