Role Description:
This temporary position is part of Ansbiz's consultancy services for a start-up company specializing in customized Chinese style jewelry and accessories targeted at young, trend-conscious customers in Europe.
This role will involve managing and producing high-quality content to drive sales through social media platforms such as Tik Tok, Instagram, and more, with a focus on live streaming e-commerce and creative marketing strategies.
You will collaborate closely with our team during this critical start-up phase to develop and execute content strategies that will captivate our audience and convert viewers into customers.
Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation & Management: Develop visually engaging photos, videos, and live streaming sessions that promote the jewelry collection.
• Live Streaming E-commerce: Host and support live streams on platforms like Tik Tok to showcase products, engage with viewers, and drive sales.
• Video Production & Editing: Assist in producing high-quality promotional videos and photos for use across social media.
• Street Marketing & Interviews: Coordinate creative marketing activities, such as giving free samples to strangers in public and creating video content from these interactions.
• Strategy Development: Provide insights and suggestions on how to optimize content, drive engagement, and reach new audiences.
• Performance Analysis: Measure the effectiveness of posts, videos, and streams and adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

• Experience in social media content creation, particularly on Tik Tok, Instagram, and live streaming platforms.
• Knowledge of video editing software and techniques.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and generate fresh, creative ideas for engaging an online audience.
• Understanding of SEO best practices to optimize content visibility.
• An entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with performance-based compensation.
