For our location in Amsterdam, we are eagerly looking for Customer Advisors to join us. Our Customer Advisors are on the front line, greeting customers, taking their photos, editing their pictures, providing feedback on materials and premium products, accepting payment and learning other roles across the team.
You'll get exposure to every aspect of running a busy, Eyemazy business.
We appreciate experience comes in many shapes and sizes; what we mean specifically is:

• Experience in retail, hospitality venues or fast-paced environments
• Adobe Photoshop and/or photography, graphic design experience is essential!
• Proficiency in data entry skills with a focus on accuracy.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience delivering exceptional customer service
• You're open to coaching, eager to learn and ready to put in the effort
• ' Can do ' attitude and can be relied upon to follow through
• An ability to work across functions is also required at peak times in the business to maintain the maximum efficiency of the operation.

The role requires processing and editing customers' iris images in a timely manner whilst maintaining excellence in product quality and customer service.
Salary: From €14.50 per hour + holiday allowance + holiday days + bonus + employee discount + great coffee + fun team outings
Availbility: 22-30 hours per week, zero hour contract.
