Facilitair medewerker voor 40 uur per week in Groningen.

Deze functie ondersteun je het primaire proces binnen de locaties van de ICON business unit “ICON Early Clinical & Bioanalytical” (IEB) in Groningen, Nederland.

Je komt te werken binnen een hecht team op de gezellige afdeling Facilities. De werksfeer binnen ICON Nederland is informeel met korte lijnen, het team bestaat uit totaal tien facilitaire medewerkers en acht front office medewerkers verdeeld over vijfvestigingen in Groningen, Assen en Utrecht.

Wat ga je doen?

• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een breed scala aan ondersteunende activiteiten die nodig zijn om alle onderzoeken naar de werking van nieuwe geneesmiddelen in onze klinieken goed te laten verlopen.

- Als onze nieuwe collega werk je faciliterend richting zowelde in- als externe organisatie. Regelmatig zal je optreden als de schakel tussen deze organisaties.

• Je zal (medische) apparatuur beheren en kleine reparaties en onderhoud zelf uitvoeren. Daarnaast word je verantwoordelijk voor de inkoop van de kliniek.
• Je gaat dus niet alleen samenwerken met de eigen afdelingen, maar ook met leveranciers en monteurs.
• Na een gedegen training ga je deel uitmaken van de bereikbaarheidsdienst.

Kortom een veelzijdige en uitdagende rol!
Je verricht allerlei voorkomende werkzaamheden in en rondom de gebouwen zoals:

• Inkoop voor de kliniek.
• Beheer van (medische) apparatuur.
• Bereikbaarheidsdienst.
• Klein onderhoud gebouwen en terreinen.
• Reproductie werkzaamheden.
• Verhuizingen (voorbereiding, uitvoer en afhandeling).
• Algemene facilitaire werkzaamheden.

Wat breng jij mee?

Minimaal een afgeronde MBO-4 opleiding, bijvoorbeeld in de richting facilitair, technisch of vergelijkbaar. Je haalt energie uit het faciliterend werken naar de organisatie, zowel intern als extern.

Daarnaast ben je:

• Zelfstandig en je beschikt over een uitstekend coördinerend vermogen.
• Klant-, resultaat- en kwaliteitsgericht.
• Pro-actief
• Beheers je de Engelse taal voldoende in woord en geschrift.
• Beschikt je over uitstekende computer vaardigheden (Naast MS Office wordt er veel bedrijfssoftware gebruikt).

We are currently seeking a Facilities & Admin Coordinator to join our diverse and dynamic team. As F&A Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing administrative aid to various departments.

What you will be doing:

• Assisting with the day-to-day management of facilities, including coordinating maintenance, repairs, and vendor services.
• Managing office supplies, equipment, and inventory to ensure availability and efficiency.
• Coordinating office moves, renovations, and space planning activities as needed.
• Providing input to the Facilities Manager and administrative team in various projects and initiatives.
• Daily purchasing activities for the clinic and other departments that is needed to perform clinical trials.

Your profile:

• Pre-associate degree in business administration, facilities management, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in facilities management, administrative duties, or related roles is advantageous.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Pro-active and hands-on mindset.
• Bilingual in English and Dutch.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with facility management software is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service-oriented approach.
