As Financial Planning and Reporting Analyst VIE in our Financial Planning & Reporting team you will consolidate and report on all financial information (actuals, budgets, planning, forecasts) according to corporate policies and procedures, to provide actual and accurate information on the financial position of the business for Sanofi Patient Connection Global Business Unit (SPC GBU) Key Markets.

Main responsibilities:

Reporting:

• Preparing regional management reporting (actuals, forecast budget, Integrated Business Planning - IBP).
• Consolidates monthly sales input and generates Sales Flash reports.
• Preparing Regional Opex, Regional Profit & Loss (P&L) and Regional Headcount reports.
• Preparing the consolidation report of total regional P&L statements for the bi-quarterly forecast, annual budget.
• Supporting the region Financial Business Partners (FBPs) of the region through presentations and review templates.
• Supporting finance Key Markets team in the implementation/improvement of finance KPI/performance reports.

Data Collecting:

• Performing the consolidation of input/information collected from Region FBPs.

Other:

• Supporting Ad-hoc regional requests/projects.

About you

Experience:

• Experience in auditing services would be highly appreciated.
• Knowledge of/experience with common Business Intelligence tools (Boost, Insights, etc.) is an asset.
• Knowledge of/experience with Hyperion is an asset.

Soft and Technical skills:

• Strong technical skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Clear and concise with an eye for detail, though able to retain a broad overview.
• Has an analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Is able to multi-task and performs well under pressure.

Education:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in finance, or a similar subject.

Languages:

• Fluent in written and spoken English & French, other languages are an advantage.
