We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our central R&D team in Boxmeer (The Netherlands), to strengthen our insect genetics activities, while gaining exposure to other breeding programs such as layers, turkeys, swine, aquaculture and traditional poultry. This role offers a unique opportunity for professional growth, enabling you to evolve into a versatile geneticist.
We're seeking a communicative and innovative professional with a background in quantitative genetics, coupled with a keen interest in entomology, particularly insects for feed and food.

Your Profile

• Master or Ph D degree in Genetics, Bioinformatics or a related field.
• Proven understanding of quantitative genetics and basic knowledge of data analysis.
• Creative and innovative mindset.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player at heart.
• Knowledge of Entomology is an advantage
