Are you a true early riser and do you just love the early morning? Do you take care of those tasty, fresh croissants? Are you the one who can make sure that our guests have a fantastic morning? If so, then you could be the new Breakfast Employee at the Lancaster Amsterdam!
What will you be doing?
Early in the morning, you enter the breakfast restaurant and check the schedule for any special events to make sure everything is in order. Has everything been restocked? Are the tables properly arranged and clean? When the first visitors show up, you have freshly baked croissants ready and serve them a delicious cappuccino. Meanwhile, you have a nice chat with your guests. You can't resist telling them about your favorite places in Amsterdam and that new lunch spot by the waterside. After cleaning your last table, it’s time to prepare everything for the next day. You arrange lunch for your colleagues in the canteen.

Welcome to The Lancaster Amsterdam, an impressive monumental building full of special details. The stylish 4-star The Lancaster Hotel Amsterdam with 122 rooms is located in the trendy Plantage district. A green part of Amsterdam's centre where you can find new hotspots like bars and restaurants. Oh, and did we mention that Artis Zoo is across the street? A design hotel perfect for a business visit as well as a city break!

Job requirements

Who are you?

You have a positive outlook on life and are extremely enthusiastic and happy.
Although you like to work in teams, you also enjoy working on your own.
You put the guest first; you always want to offer the best service and experience.
You are a true early riser and always get up with a smile.
If you have prior experience in a bar or restaurant, that’s nice but not required.
You speak fluent English (Dutch is an advantage).
You live in the region of Amsterdam.

A part-time or flexible contract (based on 0 hours).
