Inbound Sales Representative Netherlands

About the job

As an Inbound Sales Representative at Salonized you will be part of the sales team, based out of the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. You will work full-time (40 hours per week) for the Dutch market, following up on users who make use of our 14 day free trial and convincing them to convert to a paying subscriber. In this role, you are end to end responsible for the sales cycle from an inbound lead to a paying customer. You report directly to the Sales Lead.

How you will have an impact

  • Reach out to and connect with new ‘sign-up’ users of our 14 day free trial coming from the Netherlands
  • Showcase them the benefits of our app
  • Carry out online demo’s, introducing new users to our app and its key functionalities
  • Encourage these inbound leads to work with us and a sign subscription contract
  • Meet targets - both in terms of number of activities, as well as conversion ratio from lead to signed deal
  • Collaborate with the broader sales team to share best practices
  • Provide feedback to the product team on requested product features

  • Communication: you tell the Salonized success story and can persuade potential customers of our digital salon solution with your genuine and self-assured appearance
  • Connection: you can easily connect with our target customers (hairdressing salons, beauty salons, nail studios, etc.) and can empathize with them
  • High energy: You are your own energy booster; don't let a "no" demotivate you, and maintain a positive attitude
  • Sales mindset: First-hand experience in sales is advantageous, but not a must. We value your personality and your commercial mentality
  • Drive: You have a strong desire to meet your monthly targets; you celebrate team successes and share a sense of accomplishment
  • Language: You are fluent in Dutch (spoken and written) - any other language is a valuable asset since our customers are as diverse as we are!
