What makes you great
- Develop and implement long and short-term inspection plans and scopes for pressure equipment, storage tanks , relief valves and related piping systems. Ensuring progress on execution of inspection scope both turn around and non-turn around related and executing & managing inspections in line with approved inspection plans. Reviewing and analyse results of inspections
- Ensure delivery and compliance of all design and construction with Dutch Legislation (WBDA / PRD), Design Codes and Linde standards whilst liaising with the NL-CBI, certifications and/-or auditing of rules and regulations for installations. Rolling out standardization within the department
- Inspection databases are maintained and managed and safeguard inspection relevant data for the user is recorded in SAP. Monitoring NDT (testing and analysis technique, to evaluate properties) and contractor performance and provide feedback to support sustainable improvement when required
- Develop, Review & Select procedures for the execution of Inspection work. Execute & supervise inspection work in line with the independence policy of the Independent Bodies
- Drive continuous improvement on application of ‘new’ inspection techniques and automation with a strong focus on value from data. You have the ability to face new challenges and actively contribute to the success of the company's digital transformation project, collecting, interpreting and using data effectively, driving digital success
- Communicating in alliance with plant manager to address any concerns or questions related to inspection plan and relevant results
What makes you great
- Bachelor’s Degree in technical Engineering (or related supplemented with relevant Engineering qualifications)
- Speaking of the Dutch language is a must as well as significant experience in business processes combined with substantial experience in the inspection of pressure systems in air separation and-/or energy, water and compressed air utilities
- Relevant experience in Data management systems, specifically SAP
- Certified SKK3“Inspectie Deskundige level III” (IKT3) or equivalent according to legal requirements and sound knowledge of applicable national and internationals codes, rules, and standards (ASME, PED, WBDA, EN, API, DEP’s).
- Experienced with installation, maintenance, and repair of static equipment.
- Knowledge of principles and application of Risk Based Inspection and Non Intrusive Inspection as well as having experience with all the different phases of the pressure equipment lifetime (newbuilt, source analysis, KVI and user phase).
