We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure and Cloud Services Manager to lead a dynamic team of 30-50 professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in infrastructure management, cloud services, and IT service delivery, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence in Data Center (DC) operations, Service Desk, Field Service, and Digital Workplace environments. Prior experience working with offshore teams would be a strong value add.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Client team in the learning to collaborate with offshore teams
- Own the Transition plan of services from Client & Local Vendors to ITC Infotech
- Service Delivery Management:
- Oversee the delivery of IT services across Data Center operations, Service Desk, Field Service, and Digital Workplace initiatives.
- Ensure that services are delivered in accordance with established SLAs and quality standards.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement in service delivery and operational processesTeam Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews to ensure team members achieve their goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment of IT services with business needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations and strategic discussions regarding IT service delivery.
- Travel Requirements:
Adapt to changing travel schedules and locations as necessary to ensure effective management and oversight.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: €550,00 per day
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Amsterdam, OH 43903: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
