To strengthen our outbound Office team, we are looking for someone who can handle the administrative processing of outgoing shipments. You will be responsible for the administrative management of shipments from start to finish. This includes creating and checking the paperwork (transport and customs documentation) necessary to correctly deliver the shipment. You will ensure that everything is correctly recorded in our registration system and that communication with our warehouse team runs smoothly and efficiently. You will maintain close contacts with recipients and carriers, demonstrating strong communication skills and persuasiveness. Together with your office colleagues, you will ensure that our customers are completely relieved of logistical concerns. Accuracy, proactivity, and teamwork are the core competencies we are looking for in our new colleague.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: €2.600,00 - €3.000,00 per month
Expected hours: 40 per week
Work Location: In person
Who are we looking for?
A candidate with:
- An MBO education level
- 2 years of experience in a logistics environment in a similar administrative role
- Knowledge of administrative logistics processes
- Strong skills in Word & Excel
- Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written
- Knowledge of customs matters is a plus
- Ensuring accurate administration of export-related road transport activities according to available procedures;
- Ensuring the correct handling of outgoing shipments;
- Ensuring proper planning of outgoing loads;
- Responsible for the accuracy of transport documents and customs documents prepared in the office;
- Responsible for ensuring accuracy in reports to the customer;
- Maintaining contact with the customer, warehouse, recipients, and carriers;
- Ensuring the reception of all carriers;
- Ensuring all documents accompanying a shipment are in order;
- Actively contributing to improving and simplifying work processes;
