What will you do?
Join our dynamic startup as a Marketing Automation Specialist! If you have 3 years of experience in a similar role, a passion for lead nurturing, and a knack for boosting conversion rates, we want you on our team. You'll work on automating our marketing processes and refining our funnel to drive engagement and conversions.
Some key responsibilities:
Lead Nurturing:

• Create and manage automated marketing campaigns to engage and nurture leads.
• Develop personalized workflows to guide leads through the funnel.

Conversion Rate Optimization:

• Analyze the funnel and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement strategies to increase conversion rates at every stage of the funnel.

Multi-channel Communication:

• Use email, SMS, social media, and other channels to reach and engage leads.
• Ensure consistent and effective communication across all touchpoints.

A/B Testing:

• Design and run A/B tests to optimize campaigns and user experience.
• Analyze results and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with our Senior Performance Marketer and other teams to align strategies and goals.
• Share insights and results to help the team succeed.
• You will report to the COO

• A basic salary between €3000 - €4000 gross per month (based on 40 hours), depending on experience.

What will you bring?

• 2/3 years of experience in marketing automation or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of marketing automation tools (e.g., Make.com, Google analytics, CRM systems, Hub Spot).
• Experience with no-code tools, APIs, and light coding.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Analytical thinking and a passion for continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication abilities in Dutch & English, and additional European languages are a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and adapting to changing priorities
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
