Park Inn by Radisson Amsterdam City West, a vibrant and colourful hotel featuring 476 rooms and 20 meeting rooms, conveniently located next to Amsterdam Sloterdijk train station and easily reachable for both guests and team members by car and public transport. The hotel is designed by the renowned designer Karim Rashid. The hotel is part of the VEN complex, meaning it shares the building with Holland Casino, Lime Home apartments and Restaurant Azura. Essential ingredients:

Currently enrolled in a hotel/hospitality management program or a related HBO-level course.
Available for a minimum 10-month internship.
Excellent communication skills: especially in English, and a great addition if you also speak an extra language!

You will learn to:

Assist the Director of Sales with various administrative and sales activities, including data processing, sales analysis, and reporting.
Provide support for corporate contracting, including managing local and international client contracts, handling Lanyon RFP’s, and loading the rates.
Prepare and coordinate site inspections in collaboration with the Director of Sales or the Meetings & Events team.
Identify and follow up on potential sales leads to generate new business.
Make follow-up calls to existing clients and conduct after-sales follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
Assist in organizing familiarization trips or client events.
Write engaging promotional content for marketing purposes.
Contribute to our social media presence by creating and sharing content.
Review and update hotel and third-party website content to ensure it reflects the latest information and promotions.
