Marketing Communications Manager

Your role
- Think globally, act locally: Together with our intercultural marketing team, you’ll work on the implementation and execution of the global marketing strategy for the Benelux market
- Take responsibility: You’ll be responsible for 360-degree marketing, in particular online marketing, event organisation, content creation and market analysis
- Create understanding: In close cooperation with our Translation Management, you’ll review localised content from English (or German) into Dutch to convey our message and tone of voice. In addition, you’ll create local content to attract, inform and convince the target audience
- Engage stakeholders: Cross-team and internationally, you’ll inspire our business partners with your passion for e-procurement and digital platforms
- Live the network: As a networker, you’ll be one of our main contacts to (local) associations and organisations. You’ll approach the media landscape and local partners actively and confidently
- Sales mindset: You’ll collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategies that generate and nurture leads, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified prospects
- Experience: You hold at least a bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communication and you have professional experience in the field of marketing or B2B e-commerce, ideally in an international context
- Mindset and hands-on: You’re ready to become a part of a dynamic and growing organisation and won’t shy away from challenges. You’ll take responsibility for supporting the development of our markets
- Understanding the market: You can put yourself in the shoes of B2B target groups, from decision-makers to end-users and know how to inspire them with your activities
- Languages: Fluency in Dutch and English. Knowledge of German and/or French are a plus
- Performance orientation: Build – Measure – Learn. You use the entire range of marketing-relevant KPIs and are familiar with the common marketing tools
- Enthusiasm for the new economy: Your heart beats for platform models, sustainability and digitalization. You want to become immersed in topics such as ecosystems and supply chains
