Job Summary
OSG Clerk for the Lead Logistic Provider team that serves as the primary liaison between the client and the client’s carriers. The LLP team is responsible for overseeing the transportation management of our client(s). Activities include, but are not limited to;
- Process transport orders, answer transport-related questions and other Customer service related activities;
- You take care of all the administrative activities that are related to transportation orders processed;
- In close contact with the warehouse operations to assure planning is done according to the agreed capacity;
- You manage and organize all activities in an efficient and productive way in relation to the processes and ISO/UPS Healthcare standards.
Job Requirements:
- Education: MBO level;
- Experience: Relevant working experience with Supply Chain Logistics and business communications. Working knowledge of various computer systems like Outlook, Excel, and Word. Experience with a (TMS) Transport Management System is a pre;
- Competencies: Excellent communication skills, stress-resistant and you are able to both speak and write in English, a second language is preferred;
- Ability to travel within our healthcare campuss (Venlo <-> Roermond)
- Work 40 hours a week. Possibilities to work in shifts (8 am - 6 pm coverage)
