Panzero’ Hospitality Team Member (Bar/Kassa and Floor)
Reports To: Supervisor Hospitality
Position Summary
The Hospitality position is a combination of Bar, Cashier and Waiter (Waitress) duties. The Hospitality Team Member should be passionate about providing exceptional customer service, working in a fast-paced environment, and should possess excellent communication skills.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Bar/Kassa:
1. Engage with customers to provide an excellent customer experience (ask for feedback based on the customer experience, propose offers, deals and Loyalty programs at the time of the payment, …)
2. Preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including alcoholic drinks and coffees.
3. Ensuring bar cleanliness, stock, and organization.
4. Handle payments attentively (cash transactions and pin payment) and maintain a tidy cash drawer.
5. Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for clients (also by interacting and providing recommendations).
Floor – Host/Hostess:
6. Provide excellent customer service throughout the dining experience.
7. Greet and seat customers in a courteous and efficient manner.
8. Take food and beverage orders accurately: optimal usage of the ordering app to ensure smooth communication with bar and kitchen staff.
9. Serve meals and beverages promptly while ensuring quality and presentation standards.
10. Anticipate and address customer needs to enhance their dining experience.
11. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure high-standard service.
12. Ensuring floor cleanliness, stock, and organization
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education: Some high school or equivalent.
Experience & Skills:

• Previous experience in similar roles as cashier or waiter is preferred.

• You have excellent English speaking and writing skills, Dutch is a plus.

• Customer service and a friendly attitude are needed both to deal with customers as well as for being a team player.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks; attention to detail and a positive attitude are essential.

• You have good communication skills.

• You are guest-oriented and value hospitality.

Availability:

• You are available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical: Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights
(up to 20 kg)
