What you'll do

• Retouch Ecom and product photography images to a high standard: Colour correction, Shaping products, Improving product photos and work with styles).
• Ensure colour consistency between image and physical product. - Name and maintain digital asset file/structure organisation and upload images to web servers.
• Crop images and maintain file size specification guidelines.
• Perform quality assurance on all images.
• Be responsible for scheduling review meetings with internal stakeholders, completion of work to daily and weekly deadlines.
• Show initiative/ideas to constantly improve the service of the studio team.
• Carry out ad hoc duties within the art department/editorial when required.
• Liaise with other departments involved in the studio process.

What you'll bring

In addition to your attention to detail and positive attitude, you’ll bring:

• Excellent eye for detail, colour, composition, and lighting.
• 3 to 4 years of Photoshop experience and digital retouching technical product photography.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Capture One.
• Knowledge of the retail industry and associated e-commerce/branding sites preferred.
• Full-time availability (40 hours p.w.).
• Fluency in English - additional languages are a plus.
• Able to work both independently and in a team.
• Nice to have: experience with multiple brands and retouching styles.
