MR MARVIS is seeking a motivated and proactive Recruiter to join our team at our headquarters in Amsterdam.As our workforce continues to grow across The Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, we're expanding our hiring efforts to keep up with our rapid international retail growth. With new stores opening and roles ranging from junior to senior, both at HQ and in Retail, we need your help to maintain this momentum.
In this role, you will partner with our Talent Acquisition Manager to take ownership of the full recruitment process for both HQ and Retail positions. You'll collaborate closely with hiring managers to streamline the recruitment process and ensure effective support for their hiring needs.

What you'll do
Some of your typical responsibilities include:-
End-to-end recruitment process, including but not limited to creating job profiles, sourcing, phone/video screening, interview scheduling/coordination;

Ensure that vacancies are promoted via the right channels in the most (cost) efficient way;

Use proactive sourcing techniques and tools, including both online and offline;
-
Active outreach to potential candidates for our open roles;
-
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure excellent and unique candidate experience;

Track recruitment metrics and improve processes;
-
Promote our company and its culture in the job market;
-
Ensure legal compliance for a smooth onboarding.
What you'll bring
-
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field;
-
2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (preferably in-house);
-
Experience with using an ATS platform (we use Homerun!) and other sourcing tools (e.g. Linked In, indeed etc.);
-
You are proficient in both English and Dutch language. French or German is a big plus;
-
You have a startup mindset - you're adaptable, able to work independently and have a bias towards action;
-
You are experienced in hiring for a wide range of roles for HQ & Retail;
-
You are detailed oriented and can handle confidential information;
-
You are very agile, able to adapt to business needs if required and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment;

Strong communication and organisational skills;
-
You have strong interpersonal skills and are comfortable working with experienced managers and quickly building relationships with candidates and colleagues;

For non-Europeans, a valid working permit for the Netherlands is required.
